Terms of service

By commissioning me or owning any of my designs, you agree to heed this TOS and understand that any infringement on these rules may lead to being blacklisted.

Payment:

  • All payments are in USD and upfront

  • All payments are through Paypal or Kofi

  • I do not provide refunds

Ownership:

  • Please credit me as the artist of the commissioned piece / designer of the character design when applicable respectively

  • Owner is referred to the current person holding ownership of the character drawn/designed respectively.

  • Owners of my designs are allowed to use them for personal use only (e.g. stories, DnD, Role-playing, etc.). However, please refrain from using them commercially (more info below under "Commercial Use vs. Personal Use"

Reselling/Vouchers:

  • Do not up-price my artwork in any way, in the event you voucher or resell any character with my art included/ is my design.

  • If you decide to tip for any character or design, that amount is not added to the value of the character you have obtained/obtained art of from me.

  • If you have obtained a design from me, you shall not voucher it at a price higher than what you have paid in commissions or in initial sale from me.

TLDR; do not count the tip that you paid me willingly as added value to the character, nor inflate the price of a design/art in the event of a resale of my design/ character. Just, don't scalp with my designs or art.

Commercial vs. Personal Use:

  • I do not allow my artwork and/or designs to be used commercially at this time (mainly due to not knowing how to price it). In other words: my designs/art will be for personal use only (for the time being).

  • Personal use: includes but not limited to using design for roleplay, personal stories, comics, art, printing/merchandise for yourself (posters, keychains, etc. but not for selling), profile pictures. Creating a png/v-tuber form is allowed but you may not use the model to stream for monetary gain.

  • Commercial use: using design/artwork for receiving monetary value from others. This includes but is not limited to- using design/art for creation of vtuber assets, youtube videos, printing merchandise of design with the intent to sell.

TLDR; you can do anything with your design/art as long as you don't get money out of it (whether directly or indirectly). Feel free to DM for specific situations if you're not sure.
